BEFORE YOU BEGIN Thank you for selecting the new WESLO® PURSUIT U30 exercise cycle. Cycling is an effective exercise for increasing cardiovascular fitness, building endurance, and toning the body. The PURSUIT U30 exercise cycle provides a selection of features designed to make your workouts at home - Weslo Pursuit 30 | English Manual - Page 5

5. Turn the Seat Knob (9) counterclockwise and remove it from the Frame (1). Then, insert the Seat 5 Post (5) into the Frame. Adjust the Seat Post to the desired height and insert the Seat Knob through the indicated hole in the Frame into one of the adjust- ment holes in the Seat Post. For best performance, sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the exercise cycle. TO USE THE MANUAL MODE 1. Turn on the console. To turn on the console, press the On/Reset button or begin pedaling. The entire display and the pace guide will light for a moment; the console will then be ready for use. 2. Select the manual mode.
