Remove beaters or hooks by pressing EJECT button, located by mixer handle, while grasping the shafts. Beaters will be released automatically. OFF and unplug cord from electrical outlet before cleaning. 2. With beaters or hooks removed, wipe mixer, stand and turntable with a damp cloth and dry.
