You can install extra coil elements in the left basin (Model RC8720ED) or both basins (Model RC8700ED) of your cooktop. SURFACE UNITS Using Cooking on the ceramic glass cooktop is almost the same as cooking on coil surface units. GRIDDLE Griddle chart Preheat for five to ten minutes at the settings listed below. Do not preheat on HI. Griddling times are guidelines only and may need to be adjusted to get the taste and/or doneness you want. NOTE: Let cooktop cool before cleaning. You must clean your griddle after each use to keep the finish in good shape.
