13 Xerox Standard Accounting • Black Printed Impressions The maximum number of documents that can be printed by a User, from their Workstation via the printer driver. • Black Copied Impressions The maximum number of copies that can be produced by a User via the Copy feature on the machine. • Network Images Send The maximum number of documents that can be sent over the network by the User. This applies to the following features: Network Scanning, E-mail and/or Server Fax (when these features are installed on the machine). If the machine is set to print scan confirmation reports, these documents are counted towards the User's limit. • Fax Images Send If Embedded Fax is installed on your machine, you will see this option in CentreWare Internet Services. Fax Images Sent sets the maximum number of documents that can be faxed by a User with the Embedded Fax feature. The machine calculates the number of faxed documents by multiplying the number of images faxed (this includes cover sheets), by the number of destinations. • Black Faxed Impressions If Embedded Fax is installed on your machine, you will see this option. This sets the maximum number of documents that a User can produce using the Embedded Fax feature. For further information about these features, refer to the User Guide, delivered with your machine. For example: to restrict the maximum number of prints this User can make, to 1000 prints, enter 1000 in the [Black Printed Impressions User limits] box. Cover sheets and banner sheets are counted as part of the job and will add to the number of impressions. 2. Click on the [Apply] button when you have finished setting the usage limits. Exceeding Usage Limits Each time a User logs in to the machine after they have reached their usage limit, a message shows on the machine's User interface screen.
