Misfeed at Tray 1 (MPT)
1.
Remove paper including jammed paper from Tray 1 (MPT).
2.
Make sure that the paper is clean and not stuck together.
3.
Insert paper in Tray 1 (MPT). See the following illustrations for proper paper orientation.
