9 Customer Issues Resolved 9.1 The following Customer issues were resolved in 10.3.3. b 106 Issue Description CGM default line width Problem The default line width was calculated incorrectly and resulted in the first drawing element or fill to be too large proportional to the size of the drawing. Resolution The CGM interpreter now properly calculates the default line width. 9.2 The following Customer issues were resolved in 10.3.3. b 106 Issue Description CGM circle problem CGM ellipse problem IOT test print on 721 with folder problem Problem Resolution Some VERY small arcs with large radii are printed as complete circles. The CGM interpreter now prints these as arcs and NOT circles Ellipses degenerating to a single line and drawn through 180 degrees were not rendered properly. This appears as a "missing line" problem. The CGM interpreter now detects this case and draws a complete line. When an IOT test print is generated on a 721 with a folder the Accxes controller crashed due to an unexpected message from the folder. The folder interface has been corrected to deal with this case properly. 9.3 The following Customer issues were resolved in 10.3.2 b 201 Issue Description Problem supporting 30" media on 6030 / 6050 with 4.1 Problem Interface change on the 6030 / 6050 required a similar change in FreeFlow Accxes Page 26 Resolution 6030 / 6050 interface updated to support new 30" selection
