Style (Auto Accompaniment) Functions Various ways to start and stop Style playback Starting Style playback The following three methods can be used to start Style playback. In all cases you will need to press the [ACMP ON/OFF] button to turn auto accompaniment on before actually starting Style playback. Whichever method you choose, you can press the [INTRO/ENDING/rit.] before starting playback. To begin your performance, an introduction will play automatically, then will automatically switch to the MAIN section when finished. ■ Immediate Start Press the [START/STOP] button to begin rhythm-only playback of the selected Style. The bass and chords will begin playing as soon as you play a chord in the accompaniment range of the keyboard. Appears when the auto accompaniment is on Immediate Start ■ Chord Start Press the [SYNC START] button and the beat arrows will begin flash- ing, indicating that the Sync Start "standby" mode has been engaged. Various ways to start and stop Style playback
The following three methods can be used to start Style playback. In all
cases you will need to press the [ACMP ON/OFF] button to turn auto
accompaniment on before actually starting Style playback. Whichever
method you choose, you can press the [INTRO/ENDING/rit.] before
starting playback. To begin your performance, an introduction will play
automatically, then will automatically switch to the MAIN section when

Immediate Start
Press the [START/STOP] button to begin rhythm-only playback of the
selected Style.
The bass and chords will begin playing as soon as you play a chord in
the accompaniment range of the keyboard.
Chord Start
Press the [SYNC START] button and the beat arrows will begin flash-
ing, indicating that the Sync Start “standby” mode has been engaged.

Tap Start
