For systems that do not have a built-in optical disc burner, plug in an external optical disc burner before entering eMachines Recovery Management for optical disc-related tasks. To use the password protection feature of eMachines Recovery Management, you must first set the eMachines Recovery Management password. The eMachines Recovery Management password is set by launching eMachines Recovery Management and clicking Password settings in the Restore page.
