1 Lap-Shoulder Belt The positions next to windows have lap-shoulder the belts. Here's howto wear one properly. 2. Make sure the release buttonon the buckleis positioned so you would be able to unbuckle the safety belt quickly if you ever had to. 1. Pick up the latch plate and pull the belt across you. Don't letit get twisted. The shoulder belt may lock if you pullthe belt across you very quickly.If this happens,let the beltgo back slightly to unlock Then pull the belt across you it. more slowly. 3.
