Power Door Locks Automatic Door Locks Close your doors and turn on the ignmon. Every time you move the shift lever out of PARK (P) all of the doors will lock. In addition, every time you stop the vehicle and move the shift lever into PARK (P), the doors will unlock. If someone needs to get out while your vehicle is not in PARK (P), have that person use the manual or power lock. When the door is closed again, it will lock automatically. The doors can be programmed to stay locked when you shift into PARK (P). Ask your dealer for details. Central Door Unlocking System With this feature you can unlock the doors from either front outside door lock. Hold the key in the turned position for a few seconds. rress the lower part of the switch marked LOCK to lock all doors at once. Press the upper part of the switch marked UNLOCK to unlock all the doors. The switch on each rear door only locks or unlocks that door. Anti-Lockout Feature This feature doesn't allow you to use the door switches to lock your doors when the driver's door is open and the key is turned to anyposition. Note that if your engine is running, this feature will not prevent you from locking your keys inside. In addition, you can still lock the doors using the Keyless Entry System regardless of the key position. 2-4
