Side windows Back door On vehicles with a theft deterrent system and power door lock system, the back door will be controlled by operating the power door lock switch. ! CAUTION Keep the back door closed while driving. This not only keeps the luggage from being thrown out but also prevents exhaust gases from entering the vehicle. To open the side window, pull the latch handle toward you and swing it fully out. When closing the window, make sure it is completely closed. To open the back door from the outside, insert the key and turn it counterclockwise to unlock. Then pull the handle lever and raise the back door. The back door will open completely by itself after it is raised halfway up. To close the back door, lower it and press down on it. After closing the back door, try pulling it up to make sure it is securely closed. On an uphill or downhill grade, opening and closing of the back door may become difficult. Opening and closing it on a level place. NOTICE To prevent damage to the back door dampers, do not apply any force, paint or let any other foreign matter on them. 12
