Engine access hole cover 1. To open the engine access hole cover under the driver's seat, slide the seat to the rear-most position, push the knob and raise the seat cushion with the seatback in the normal upright position. On vehicles with a tilt steering wheel, tilt the steering wheel to the highest position, as it will interfere with the engine access hole cover. 2. Turn over the carpet. 3. Turn the knob counterclockwise to unlock and pull out the engine access hole cover. Before closing the engine access hole cover, check to see that you have not forgotten any tools, rags, etc. ! CAUTION S Make sure the engine access hole cover is tightened securely. S After returning the driver's seat, make sure it is securely locked by pushing forward and rearward on the top of the seatback. 14
