CELICA U Odometer and trip meter Service reminder indicators and warning buzzers If the indicator or buzzer comes on...(a) Do this. If the indicator or buzzer comes on...(g) Do this. (type A) (type B) If parking brake is off, stop and check. Fasten seat belts. (type A) Take vehicle to Toyota dealer. (type B) (b) (Indicator and buzzer) (h) Close both slide doors and back doors. These meters show the running distance. 1. Odometer-It (i) (c) Stop and check. shows the total distance the vehicle has been driven. 2. Trip meter -It shows the distance driven since the last time it was set to zero. The black digits on white indicate tenths of kilometers or miles. 3. Trip meter reset knob-It resets the trip meter to zero. To reset the trip meter, push the knob. Take vehicle to Toyota dealer immediately. (d) Stop and check. (j) Key reminder buzzer Remove key.
