99MY CELICA U Odometer and trip meter Service reminder indicators and warning buzzers If the indicator or buzzer comes on...(a) Do this. If the indicator or buzzer comes on...(f) Do this. (type A) If parking brake is off, (type B) stop and check. Fasten seat belt. Fill up tank. (b) (g) to (type A) Take vehicle Toyota dealer. (Indicator and buzzer) These meters show the running distance. 1. Odometer-It (h) (c) Stop and check. (type B) Close both side doors and back door. Take vehicle to Toyota dealer immediately. Remove key. shows the total distance the vehicle has been driven. 2. Trip meter -It shows the distance driven since the last time it was set to zero. The black digits on white indicate tenths of kilometers or miles. 3. Trip meter reset knob-It resets the trip meter to zero. To reset the trip meter, push the knob. (i) (d) Stop and check.
