'01CAMRY CNG (L/O0009) Tilt steering wheel 2. Fix the child restraint system with the seat belt. Latch the hook onto the anchor bracket and tighten the top strap. For instructions to install the child restraint system, see "Child restraint" in this section. 3. Outside anchor brackets only- Replace the head restraint. To change the steering wheel angle, hold the steering wheel, pull up the lock release lever, tilt the steering wheel to the desired angle and release the lever. When the steering wheel is in a low position, it will spring up as you release the lock release lever. CAUTION Make sure the top strap is securely latched, and check that the child restraint system is secure by pushing and pulling it in different directions.
