CAUTION Occupants must use caution when operating the seat heater because they may experience minor burns at low temperature. Use extra caution for; NOTICE z Because placing the switch at "HI" consumes relatively large electric power, turn the switch to "LO" or "OFF" after the seat is heated up to the appropriate temperature. This prevents unnecessary auxiliary battery power consumption. z To prevent the auxiliary battery from draining, turn off the switch when the seat heater is heated or not in use. z Do not put unevenly weighted objects on the seat and do not stick sharp objects (needles, nails, etc.) into the seat. z When cleaning the seats, do not use organic substances (paint thinner, benzine, alcohol, gasoline, etc.). They may damage the heater and seat surface. D Babies, small children, elderly persons, sick persons or handicapped persons Rear seat D Persons who have delicate skin D Persons who are exhausted D Persons who have taken alcohol or drugs which induce sleep (sleeping drug, cold remedy, etc.) To prevent the seat from overheating, do not use the seat heater with a blanket, cushion, or other insulating objects which cover the seat. To turn on the seat heater, push the switch. The key must be in the "ON" position. The seat heater automatically turns off when the seat heater has operated about 15 minutes. Pushing the switch again will also turn off the seat heater. 48
