'02 4Runner_U (L/O 0108) Rear cup holders The cup holders are designed for holding cups or drink-cans securely. USING REAR CUP HOLDERS To use the rear cup holders, pull out the rear cup holder lid. You can select from 3 arm positions. CAUTION D Do not place anything else other than cups or drink-cans in the cup holder, as such items may be thrown about in the compartment and possibly injure people in the vehicle during sudden braking or in an accident. CLOSING REAR CUP HOLDER LID To close the rear cup holder lid, replace the arms and pull up the lid. D To reduce the chance of injury in case of an accident or a sudden stop while driving, keep the cup holder closed when it is not in use.
