2001MY ECHO (U) L/O0008 SU13103 SX13005 SX13006 TO USE THE ANCHOR BRACKET: 1. Remove the head restraint. 2. Open the anchor bracket cover with the mark shown in the illustration. 3. Securely fasten the child restraint system with the seat belt. Latch the hook onto the anchor bracket and tighten the top strap.
