'02 HIGHLANDER_U (L/O 0108) 2. Remove the front towing eyelet cover on the front bumper by pushing the outside of the cover. 3. Secure it to the hole on the bumper by turning clockwise. 4. Tighten the front towing eyelet securely by a wheel nut wrench.
