02 SIENNA_U (L/O 0107) OPENING AND CLOSING WITH "DOOR L", "DOOR R" AND "PWR DOOR" SWITCHES Push the switch. The power sliding door opens and closes completely. Left side power sliding door- To open: Push the "DOOR "PWR DOOR" switch of the ter pillar. To close: Push the "DOOR "PWR DOOR" switch of the ter pillar again. Instrument panel D To open the power sliding door when the ignition key is in the "ON" position, the transmission selector lever must be in "P". (To close the sliding door from the fully −opened or half −opened position, the transmission selector lever is not required to be in "P".) Left and right side power sliding door models-The left side power sliding door does not operate when the fuel filler door is opened. L" switch or left side cenL" switch or left side cen- CAUTION switch or side censwitch or side cenIf you shift the automatic transmission selector lever out of "P" and accelerate before the power sliding door is closed completely, the sliding door may reverse to the open position. A child or others could fall out of the vehicle and be injured. Always make sure the power sliding door is closed and latched before you start driving. Right side power sliding door- To open: Push the "DOOR R" "PWR DOOR" switch of the right ter pillar. To close: Push the "DOOR R" "PWR DOOR" switch of the right ter pillar again. Opening and closing can be performed by the "DOOR L", "DOOR R" and "PWR DOOR" switches under the following conditions: D The sliding door is unlocked. D The power sliding door system is on.
