'03 4Runner_U (L/O 0211) Electric moon roof NOTICE Observe the following precautions. Otherwise, the cap could be damaged or become hard to open. z Apply force only in the turning direction to the cap. Do not pull or pry it. z Do not tighten the cap further after you hear one click when installing. To operate the moon roof, use the switch beside the personal lights. The moon roof works when the ignition switch is in the "ON" position. However, if both front doors are closed, it works for 43 seconds even after the ignition switch is turned off. It stops working when either front door is opened. You may stop the moon roof at any desired position. The roof will move while the switch is being pushed and stop when released. Sliding operation Sun shade operation- The sun shade can be opened or closed by hand. Sliding operation- To open: Push the switch on the "SLIDE OPEN" side. The roof will fully open automatically. To stop the roof partway, push the switch on either the "SLIDE OPEN" or "TILT UP" side briefly. The sun shade will be opened together with the roof. Tilting operation 2003 4RUNNER from Oct. '02 Prod.
