15.REPLACING TRANSMITTER BATTERY For replacement, use CR2016 lithium battery or equivalent. CAUTION Special care should be taken that small children do not swallow the removed transmitter battery or components. 21p016b 21p017b NOTICE z During replacing the transmitter battery, do not push the "LOCK" and "UNLOCK" switches many times. z When replacing the transmitter battery, be careful not to lose the components. z Replace only with the same or equivalent type recommended by a Toyota dealer. z Dispose of used batteries according to the local laws. Replace the transmitter battery by the following procedures. 1. Using a coin or equivalent, open the transmitter case. 2. Remove the discharged transmitter battery.
