IGNITION SWITCH OPERATION LIGHT CUT OFF Luggage compartment light When the ignition switch is "OFF" and ignition switch light in the vehicle stays lighting on, the light will cut off automatically after 30 minutes. You can cancel the cut off operation by: For easy access to the ignition switch, the ignition switch light comes on when any of the doors are opened. The light remains on for 15 seconds when all the doors are closed. Vehicles with power door lock system- However, in the following cases, the light goes out immediately: D Turning the key to the "ACC" position. D Opening or closing any of the doors.
