04 01.06 -Using a top strap D If the seat belt does not function normally, it cannot protect your child from death or serious injury. Contact your Toyota dealer immediately. Do not install the child restraint system on the seat until the seat belt is fixed. SU13054 SX13003 2. To remove the child restraint system, press the buckle release button and allow the belt to retract. Follow the procedure below for a child restraint system that use of a top strap to secure the system. Follow all the installation instructions provided by its manufacturer. 2004 ECHO S/D from Feb.
