'04 HIGHLANDER_U (L/O 0308) -Using a top strap Anchor brackets Symbol 2. To remove the child restraint system, press the buckle release button and allow the belt to retract. Follow the procedure below for a child restraint system that requires the use of a top strap. Use the anchor brackets behind the second seat seatbacks to secure the top strap.
