04 SIENNA_U (L/O 0408) Sliding door closer: When the sliding door has not been fully closed, it is automatically closed completely even if the power sliding door system is off. D When CAUTION D Careful attention is needed so as not to get your fingers trapped as the sliding door automatically closes when it has not been fully closed. stopping on a downward slope, open the door fully while passengers are getting on or off. Do not pull the outside handle or inside handle while the door is open as the door could suddenly close by itself causing injury. NOTICE Do not close the sliding door by applying the brakes. Doing so could cause the door to be damaged. D Never allow a child to operate the sliding door. CAUTION NOTICE Do not apply excessive force when the sliding door closer is operating. Otherwise, the sliding door closer may be damaged. D When closing the sliding door, confirm safety of the area around. Keep the heads, hands and other parts of the bodies of all occupants away from the sliding door. Otherwise, the closing door may cause an unexpected serious injury.
