Route the top strap through the routing device as shown in the illustration. 4. Latch the hook onto the inner anchor strap ring and tighten the top strap. 5. Lower the head restraints. For instructions on installing the child restraint system, see "Child restraint" on page 114 in this Section. CAUTION Make sure the top strap is securely latched, and check that the child restraint system is secure by pushing and pulling it in different directions.
