06 09.07 Armrest CAUTION When returning the seatback to the upright position, observe the following precautions in order to prevent personal injury in a collision or sudden stop: US13080 US13081 D Make sure the seatback is securely locked by pushing forward and rearward on the top of the seatback. Failure to do so will prevent the seat belt from operating properly. BEFORE RETURNING REAR SEAT Make sure that the shoulder belt passes through the guide and the seat belt is in the position before folding down the seat as shown in the illustration when returning the seatback up. D Make sure the seat belts are not twisted or caught in the seatback and are arranged in the proper position and are ready to use. To use the armrest, pull the armrest out as shown in the illustration. NOTICE To prevent damage to the armrest, avoid putting heavy loads on it. 2007 YARIS SEDAN from Oct. '06 Prod. (OM52736U) 37
