'08 Rav4_U (L/O 0802) TO USE BRACKET: THE OUTSIDE ANCHOR 1. Remove the head restraint. Hold the center of the lever and pull it up. Then slide the rear/second seats forward slightly if it is in the rear −most position. 2. Fix the child restraint system with the seat belt. Widen the slit of the cover slightly and confirm the position of the anchor fitting. Latch the hook onto the anchor bracket and tighten the top strap.
