Back up slowly. 5 Turn the steering wheel so that the vehicle width extension guide lines are parallel with the parking space lines. When the lines are parallel, straighten the steering wheel and back up slowly. Even if the distance guide line and the parking space rear edge appear to be parallel on the screen, in reality they may not be parallel.
