2 ACER AL2002W Go to cover page Inverter circuit on the power board Check C102 pin is around 5V On/Off pin is greater than 2V Brightness pin is an external PWM. NG Check pin2 of I101 is 5V OK Check if P101, P102, P103, and P104 are connected correctly. OK Check pin6 of I101 is greater than 3.1V. OK Check pin13 of I101 is triangle pulse. OK Check pin12 of I101, there's soft start edge up to 4V and pin4, pin5 there's some pulse output. Appendix 4: Troubleshooting OK It is not inverter board problem. Check R105 or C102 whether to be NG damaged. And, printed wire between them is opened. NG Check CCFL and repair them. Reconnect P101, P102, P103, and P104 in tightly. Check R116, R115, R125, R126, C119, NG R121, R122, C115, R117, R119, D107, D108, D109 or D110 whether to be damaged and repair them if any. NG Check R107, R118, C104, i101 and repair them. NG Repair I101. OK Check pin5 of I101, there's around 1.25V from output detection. OK Check D114, D115, R130, D102, D103, NG R111, D107, D108, D112, D113, R128 or R120 and repair them if any. Check SW MCS (Q104/Q105) whether to work properly. NG Repair Q104, Q105 OK Check the prepherial components and repair them
