2. Remove the 3.5-inch drive frame from the housing by pressing the tab on top and pivoting the frame outward. NOTE: A metal drive cover should be pulled out before you install a new drive into an empty 3.5-inch bay. This cover should be removed if a 3.5-inch drive is installed.
