3. Push the pole of heat sink as below the arrowhead's direction shows. Note:CPU Fan has been highlighted with the yellow rectangle as above image shows.Please detach the CPU Fan and follow local regulations for disposal. 4. Lift the heat sink fan assembly away from the mainboard. 5. Remove the heat sink fan assembly then lay it down in an upright position-with the thermal patch facing upward. Do not let the thermal patch on the heat sink fan assembly touch the work surface. 6. Use an alcohol pad to wipe off the thermal grease from both the heat sink and the processor. 32 Chapter 3
