(1) Light Source A lamp is used as a light source. A reflective plate is a tool that is used to increase light intensity. Applying light to reflect from the object and the reflected light will pass through mirrors, lens, and finally forms an image on color CCD. The reflection path of the light is shown in Fig.4-3. If the intensity of light is too low, the color CCD can't work precisely. Please replace a new lamp under this situation. (2) Reflecting The primary function is to alter the direction of light from the object in this process. Three mirrors are used to deal with this process. For this purpose, the three mirrors have different length and position in the carriage that have been precisely calculated. The mirrors' length and mounted position are shown in Fig.4-2 and Tab.3. And cleanness of the mirror affects the intensity of light. So keep it clean and don't touch the surface.
