(4) Removing CCD board and lens The CCD board is fixed on the lensbox by screw 1,2, and the lens is fixed by hex screw. The diagram is shown in Fig.7-10. Lebel Cover Lens HEX SCREW LENS Figure7-10 Note: The position of CCD board and lens has been precisely calculated, and the calibration is finished for every Slim6 Scanner. So it's not allowable to loosen these screws and adjust their position. It is better not to touch these parts in the maintenance process.
