(2) Reflect Plate It is necessary to put the reflect plate on the lamp holder before assembles the lamp. The intensity of light will not be enough, if don't assemble the reflect plate. (3) Mirror If the mirror's surface is too dirty then the reflective light will be affected and the intensity of light will reduce. It is important never to touch the mirror's surface and always keep them clear. (4) Lens The lens focus is the decisive factor for the resolution. The image will be formed precisely on CCD because of exact lens focus, and then it produces voltage signal for the image management. Never adjust the fi xed hex screw on the lensbox. (5) CCD The position of CCD is fixed and adjusted in the lensbox by two bolts. It owns a precise position while the calibration is finished. If the position of CCD is out of the range, not only the resolution will be affected but also the output image may be strange. Similarly, never try to change the position of CCD.
