Q: Why does the scanner LED indicator keeps blinking? A: (1) If LED keeps blinking 11 times periodically. Please unlock the scanner module. (2) If the LED blinks other than 11 time periodically There may be some scanner hardware problems. Please contact with the local dealer for the repair. Q: Why does the computer shows "Scanner not found" message ? A: First, Is your Windows supports USB? Please refer to the previous question from the detail information. Second, Is USB port in your PC active? As your Windows is ready to support USB, please make sure to active USB ports from BIOS.
