A: If your monitor(output device) only provide 256 colors or less, you may not be able to see all the colors that your original picture has although the scanner has gotten all the color data. We recommend that you can upgrade you system to Hi-color mode, so that all the colors can be displayed on your monitor. However, the scanner will still work as normal if you disregard the Hi-color warning message. MiraScan Q: Does all image software support 48-bit scanning image? A: No. Not all image software support 48-bit format image. If the user do scanning with 48-bit in software which do not support, then the software system might be down.
