4. Remove the touchpad bracket from the upper cover. Figure 1-42. Touchpad Bracket 5. Insert a small flat-blade screwdriver between the fingerprint board and the upper cover, and carefully pry the board loose. Remove the fingerprint board from the palm rest. Figure 1-43.
