Strip

the jacket of the bulk cable, leaving

approximately 1" (2.5cm) of the color coded wires exposed.

Sort

the wires according to either the T568A or T568B

color code (as above).

Trim

off the excess wires, leaving approximately

Crimp

the cable using the crimp tool as shown.
