4. Replace the provided battery (CR2032) onto the battery holder properly. Make sure that the positive terminal (+) faces upward. 5. Replace the battery cover. Take out the monitor stand. Attach the monitor stand to the monitor base as illustrated. Raise the thumbscrew lid and tighten the thumbscrew as illustrated. Then push the lid back. 2. Connect the power cable to the monitor. Pass the cable through the cable management hole on the stand arm first. Plug one end of the power cord into the socket labelled on the rear of the monitor. How to detach the stand and the base 1. Power off the monitor. Turn off the monitor and the power before unplugging the power cable. Turn off the computer before unplugging the monitor signal cable. 2. Remove the I/O cover. Remove the I/O cover from its bottom as illustrated.
