The following product purchase is eligible for the Feature Package Upgrade at no cost:

Purchase of a new

AVR-4308CI & AVR-3808CI from an authorized retailer made during the promotion period, which runs from September 1, 2008 to

March 31,2009.

In order to receive the Feature Package Upgrade at no cost, you must submit evidence of your eligibility to Denon

and Denon must be able to verify that your purchase qualifies you for the free Feature Package Upgrade; please note this process may

take up to 30 days.

To receive your free feature package, simply follow these

steps.

1)

The qualified product purchase must be made from

September 1, 2008 through March 31,2009.

2)

Register online at Denon’s website,

www.usa.denon.com/upgrade,

and complete this form to

verify that your purchase qualifies for the promotion.

If

your eligibility for the promotion is verified by Denon, there

is no additional fee or cost to you for the Feature Package

Upgrade.

3)

Read the complete terms and conditions of the promotion.

4)

Complete this Free Feature Package request form.

5)

Enclose a copy of the receipt showing the purchase of an

eligible new AVR-4308CI or AVR-3808CI.

6)

Enclose a copy of the UPC/Serial Number Bar Code from

the qualifying Denon product box.

7)

Make a copy of all materials submitted for your records.

8)

Mail your submission to the following address within 60

days of the product purchase date to:
