Changing the Temperature Display Mode (F or C) The electronic oven control is set to display the temperature in Fahrenheit (F) when shipped from the factory. OVEN CONTROL FUNCTIONS Bake The oven can be programmed to bake at any temperature from 170°F to 500°F (77°C to 260°C). The factory preset default bake temperature is 350°F (176°C).
