TAM Errata: Important Information about TAM 2.0
Rev 1 For Your HP cc3310 Carrier Grade Server
OSD Bitmap
The OSD bitmap in the OSD tab may not reflect the current status after a threshold is exceeded.
You can correct the
status by selecting the
Get Panel State
button in the OSD tab.
This problem will be fixed in new versions of the TAM.
Alert Indications
Only the critical events are reported, you will not see alert messages if a noncritical event is generated.
In Microsoft® Windows® 2000 AS and Microsoft Windows 2003 AS, alert indications will pop up on the Client console
window whenever an event occurs.
To see alert indications in RHEL 2.1, open a shell/terminal window.
When an event is generated, the alert message
appears on the shell.
