2. Remove the eleven Phillips PM1.9×6.7 screws (2) that secure the keyboard/top cover to the base enclosure. 3. Turn the computer right side up with the front toward you. 4. 9. Release the zero insertion force (ZIF) connector (1) to which the TouchPad cable is attached, and then disconnect the TouchPad cable (2) from the system board. 10. 11. Remove the keyboard/top cover. NOTE: The thermal material must be thoroughly cleaned from the surfaces of the heat sink and the system board components each time the keyboard/top cover is removed. b. Lift the top edge of the display panel (2) and swing it up and forward until it rests upside down in front of the display enclosure. c.
