Selecting a location setting Viewing the current location selection To view the current location setting for the modem, follow these steps: 1. Select Start > Control Panel. 2. Click Clock, Language, and Region. 3. Click Region and Language. 4. Click the Location tab to display your location. 4 - HP G60-508US | Modem and Local Area Network - Windows 7 - Page 9

If you experience modem connection problems when using the computer outside of the country in which line is usually an analog line. ● Check for pulse or tone dialing.
