Removal and replacement procedures Computer feet The computer feet are adhesive-backed rubber pads. The feet are included in the Rubber Kit, spare part number 595198-001. the battery 2 upward and remove it 3 from the computer. To insert the battery, insert the rear edge of the battery into the battery bay and pivot the front edge downward until the battery is seated. the four Phillips PM3.0×4.0 hard drive bracket screws 1 from each side of the hard drive. 8. Grasp the 2 attached Mylar tabs 2 and pull the bracket straight up to remove it from the hard drive. (The edge of the module opposite the slot rises a notch 3 to prevent incorrect insertion into the memory module slot. Reverse this procedure to install a memory module.
