ILD calibration through Print Care Follow these steps to perform full ILD calibartion through print care. NOTE: For HP Indigo 7500 Digital Press and HP Indigo 7600 Digital Press, perform the Ceramic tiles cleaning wizard before performing full ILD calibration. 1. Go to Print Care Center > Component - HP Indigo 7800 | Production Handbook for Indigo 7000 Series Digital PressesTo fo - Page 10
Calibration Procedure NOTE: Do not enter ceramic tile values manually - ceramic tile measurement values are collected automatically by ceramic tile calibration NOTE: This does not apply to presses with a spectrophotometer. are recommendations for the PEU: ● Verify that the PEU are defined in the system. NOTE: There is no PEU in presses with the IOS system installed. ● It is recommended to manually activate the PEU through the PIP polish wizard before running a very long job. Before you replace a substrate, measure the width and length of the substrate. This ensures that the substrate is centered throughout the press. Incorrect definitions can result in: ● Substrate jams ● Image not placed correctly ● Print quality defects Defining substrate type See Defining substrate - HP Indigo 7800 | Production Handbook for Indigo 7000 Series Digital PressesTo fo - Page 23
