When encountering problems with blocking or ink back-transfer on the finishing line, it is necessary to calibrate the rewinder for the specific substrate. 2 Procedure Follow these steps to calibrate the rewinder for high-sensitivity film substrates. 1. Open the rear door of the rewinder. 2. Access the pressure regulator for the substrate tension. 2 Chapter 2 Procedure - HP Indigo WS6000 | Rewinder Calibration - Page 5
3. From the press software, go to: Main Menu > Substrate > Substrate List. 4. Select the substrate and go to: Properties > Edit > Advanced. 5. 8. After running the substrate, read regulator display from the pressure regulator at the rear of the rewinder. Open the attached Excel file and record the regulator display in the orange column for 0.5 kg tension.
