2 Procedures Visual Inspection for all press units: Unwinder: Follow these steps for unwinder. 1. Grease the UW pneumatic shaft gear(Figure 1) 2. Verify for dirtiness on the drums shoulders (PIP,ITM,IMP) 5. Check if there is any shortcut carbons brush 6. Verify that the ITM bias tighten ILP Unit (If present) Follow these steps to clean ILP unit (if present). 1.
